My name is Melissa. Originally from Vancouver, Toronto is my home. I love Instagram cats, baking sourdough bread, and listening to podcasts.
I’m also passionate about fitness. My wellness journey started in Hot Yoga way back in 2004. The confidence and curiosity I gained inspired me to deepen my practice to various styles of yoga, as well as investigate other forms of exercise and mindfulness. Today, I balance these differing modalities to take care of myself and promote the same for others.
Hands down one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had! I’m so happy Melissa Tung is doing Zoom classes now so you can take one of her classes in the comfort of your own home.
Melissa does a great job explaining each of the yoga poses and provides many adjustments / suggestions for different levels (in person pre-covid and verbally during covid online classes). Great teacher!
Her classes leave me feeling physically, emotionally and mentally restored. I’ve worked with Melissa for over five years now and I can honestly say she’s changed my life.
